Russian troops shelled a hospital and a maternity hospital in Toretsk, Donetsk Region, on Sunday, 13 November, the head of the Donetsk regional military administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko, has said on Telegram.
"The hospital, maternity hospital and dispensary in Toretsk came under enemy fire. Fortunately, there were no casualties, but the buildings are seriously damaged," he said.
Kyrylenko stressed that the Russians are trying to make life in Donetsk Region unbearable.
"Russians are purposefully hitting civilian infrastructure. Health care facilities that we have been building and restoring for a long time, they destroy in an instant," he added.
