Military administration, law enforcement officers and SBU officers have already arrived in liberated Kherson.
The head of the Kherson regional military administration, Yaroslav Yanushevych, reported on his return to Kherson on Telegram.
The published video shows that there are representatives of law enforcement agencies next to him.
"The mood in the city is incredible. We are working to return the liberated territories of Kherson Region back to normal life," Yanushevych said.
On 11 November, the Defence Ministry reported that Kherson, which had been occupied by the Russians since March, was returning under the control of Ukraine. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are entering the city. All retreat routes of the Russian occupiers are under fire control.
The National Police have already started working in Kherson.
