Russia fired 85 missiles at Ukraine on 15 November, most of them at energy infrastructure, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said.
He added that Russia's goal was clear, but it will not succeed.
Zelenskyy stressed that there could be about 20 more strikes, so Ukrainians are advised to stay in shelters for some time.
He is convinced that the energy infrastructure damaged by Russians would be restored.
Explosions were heard in Kyiv during a Russian missile attack on the capital in later afternoon. Residential buildings in Pecherskyy district were damaged. One of the missiles hit a high-rise building. As of 17:01, one victim has been reported.
