Update 16.24. According to the head of Khmelnytskyy Regional Military Administration, two hits were registered in the Khmelnytskyy territorial community. Due to the shelling, part of the regional centre blacked out.
During the air raid, explosions were also heard in Lviv, Mayor Andriy Sadovyy reported.
He urged residents to stay in shelters.
"Explosions are heard in Lviv. Everyone stay in the shelter! We are clarifying the information," he wrote on social networks.
At the same time, Russian occupiers are striking at Kharkiv, the head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Synehubov stated on Telegram.
"The occupiers are striking at Kharkiv! Stay in shelters," the head of the region stressed.
Update 16.21. Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov noted that there were hits to the critical infrastructure facility.
"There is no information about the victims yet. Due to the damage to the facility, there are problems with the power supply. Ground electric transport and subway are stopped. Power engineers and utilities are doing everything to normalise Kharkiv life as soon as possible," Terekhov said.
Air defenсe worked in Zhytomyr, Vinnytsya, and Chernihiv regions. The heads of the regional administrations urged residents to stay in shelters. Russian missile attack continues.
