Also, during a massive missile strike, a critical infrastructure facility was hit in Vinnytsya Region, the head of the Regional Military Administration Serhiy Borzov said on Telegram.

"There is a hit to the critical infrastructure facility in Vinnytsya Region. Stay in shelters!" he called.

The enemy launched a missile attack on a critical infrastructure facility in Rivne. Some parts of the city have no electricity, Rivne Mayor Oleksandr Tretyak reported on Telegram.

"Rivne! A strike on a critical infrastructure facility! Some parts of the city are without electricity," the message reads.

Later, the mayor added about possible interruptions in mobile communications and urged drivers urged drivers to avoid unnecessary trips. 

Due to the shelling, emergency power cuts were introduced in Sumy Region, said the head of the Sumy Regional State Administration Dmytro Zhyvitskyy.

"Due to enemy attacks, emergency power outages have been applied throughout Ukraine," Zhyvytskyy said in a statement on social networks.

Russia also launched missile strikes on Kryvyy Rih. Air defence systems were also working in the city, said the city mayor Oleksandr Vilkul.

"Kryvyy Rih. Several missile strikes. We do not come out of shelters," he wrote.

Russia fired at an energy infrastructure facility in Volyn, said the head of the Volyn Regional Military Administration Yuriy Pogulyayko.

According to him, the attack took place in Kovel District.

"We are clarifying the information about the victims. Relevant services are working at the scene," said the head of the Regional Military Administration.

Pogulyayko added that there may be power outages in the region due to the shelling.

"Take everything you need: water, flashlights, power banks, etc.," the head of the region stressed.

In Kirovohrad Region, Kropyvnytskyy District came under fire, said the head of Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration Andriy Raykovych.

According to him, two hits were registered. The missiles hit energy infrastructure facilities in Kropyvnytskyy District.

Preliminary data indicate that there were no casualties. 

Raykovych urged the residents of the region to stay in shelters because of the threat of a third wave of missile attacks.

The enemy launched a massive missile attack in parallel with the G20 summit. There are hits on residential buildings in Kyiv.
