Ukrainian ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets has said he may meet his Russian counterpart Tatyana Moskalkova, Radio Liberty has reported.
"This month we will have a meeting with Moskalkova, during which we will separately discuss the issue of civilians' release. We have worked out many options, but we do not know whether Russia will agree to any," he said.
