On the morning of 1 November, MP Oleksandr Dubinskyy's house was searched again. This was reported by UP and Hromadske, citing sources in law enforcement agencies.
According to the journalists, the MP's possible involvement in organising illegal border smuggling in collusion with others is being checked. UP writes that it is the organisation of the illegal departure of the MP's relative.
On his Telegram channel, Dubinskyy posted a video message in which he called the information covered by the media "fake".
On 9 August, Dubinskyy was served with a notice of suspicion of forgery. He used them to travel abroad, allegedly under the pretext of accompanying his father for medical treatment.
