The Russians dropped two bombs on a kindergarten building in Beryslav District, the head of the Kherson regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin. He published a photo of the aftermath of the air strike.
"The Russian army has destroyed another educational institution in Kherson Region. This is what a kindergarten in one of the settlements of Beryslav District looks like today. Today, the occupiers dropped two aerial bombs on the institution where children used to be brought up," the official wrote.
In October, the Russians shelled the territory of Kherson Region 602 times from the occupied left bank of the Dnipro River. Eight civilians were killed as a result of the attacks.
