President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the Ukrainian military had stopped the enemy's attempt to advance in the Vuhledar sector. The Head of State reported this following a conference call.
"I received information on the situation at the front. There was an attempt by the enemy to advance in the Vuhledar sector, but our soldiers stopped it, inflicting heavy losses on the enemy: dozens of units of equipment, many killed and wounded. Defensive actions in Avdiyivka and our offensive operations in the south also continue," the statement said.
It is noted that there were also reports from the Defence Ministry on the arrival of shells, missiles and equipment and intelligence reports on the situation at the front, in the international arena and in the enemy's country.
In addition, the selector summarised the results of the grain corridor in October. The President noted positive dynamics in this issue. Work is underway to finalise the format of insurance for ships, which will give confidence to the state and carriers.
