Law enforcement officials announced the elimination of the activities of the pseudo-religious pro-Russian sect AllatRa. This was reported by the press service of the National Police.

As part of a joint special operation by investigators of the National Police and the Security Service of Ukraine, 74 searches were conducted and 20 cells of the Allatra criminal group, which acted in pro-Russian interests, were blocked.

Members of the group publicly promoted the ideas of creating a "union of Slavic peoples", "peace at any cost" and other pro-Kremlin narratives.

In the audio intercepts of private conversations, the leaders of the ALLATRA group discuss the need for missile attacks on civilians and targets in western Ukraine to break down Ukrainian resistance in the war.

In the spring of 2022, the organisers travelled to one of the EU countries using forged documents.

During this time, the ALLATRA leaders managed to create "branches" in Russia, Belarus and several countries in Europe and Asia.

Propaganda literature by Russian authors, occult symbols, portraits of Putin, Russian currency and weapons - all this was found by law enforcement officers during the searches.

Based on the evidence collected by the National Police, the leader of the criminal organisation was served a notice of suspicion under four articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:

  • Part 1, Part 2 of Art. 111 (high treason);
  • Art. 255 (creation, leadership of a criminal community or criminal organisation, as well as participation in it);
  • Art. 436-1 (propaganda of the communist totalitarian regime);
  • Art. 436-2 (justification, recognition of the legitimacy, denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants).

In addition, five other organisers of the group were served with notices of suspicion under similar articles.
