The secretary of the National Security and Defence Council, Oleksiy Danilov, has suggested that the statement by Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu about his readiness for a "post-conflict settlement of the Ukrainian crisis" shows that Russia does not have the capacity to defeat Ukraine militarily.
Therefore, in Danilov's opinion, the Russians will launch another plan, which is to destabilise Ukraine internally.
He explained that the Russians are preparing political projects - the so-called Russian-speaking front, which was previously present in the Ukrainian parliament.
"They will launch their next political projects, so to speak, the Party of Regions No. 3. They are going to revive movements that have long been lying in the political graveyard. They are actively working on this now," he added.
