The State Bureau of Investigation has put Russian State duma deputy speaker Aleksandr Babakov and Russian oligarch Yevgeny Giner on the wanted list. Both Russians are suspected of encroaching on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine, according to the website of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry.

Babakov is suspected of encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine - Part 2 and Part 3 of Article 110. The card states that the date of his disappearance is 16 April 2022.

Oligarch Yevgeny Giner has been on the run from Ukrainian law enforcement since 14 August 2023. Giner is also accused of encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine.

The Russian oligarch was chosen a measure of restraint in the form of detention.

Yesterday it became known that the SBU put Russian oligarch Mikhail Fridman on the wanted list.
