Three local residents were killed in the village of Lvove, Beryslav District, Kherson Region.
"Men aged 45, 55 and 67 brought home an FPV drone they had found in their yard and started disassembling it. As a result, the ammunition detonated," the head of the Kherson regional state administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, wrote.
He specified that all three men were seriously injured by the explosion and died on the way to the hospital.
Prokudin urged residents to be extremely cautious and not to pick up suspicious objects. In the event of such a find, they should move to a safe distance and call rescuers or the police.
