A counter-terrorism operation has been introduced in the Kursk, Bryansk and Belgorod Regions of the Russian Federation.
This was reported by the Russian media.
The decision was made in response to Kyiv's "attempt to destabilise the situation in a number of Russian Regions" and to "stop the threat of terrorist attacks".
According to the law, the CTO regime allows for the inspection of citizens, tapping their phone calls, disconnecting the Internet and mobile communications, evicting residents, entering their homes and taking away their cars.
