Today, on 10 August, at around 15:40, Russia shelled the village of Lisna Stinka in the Kupyansk district of Kharkiv Region. An 87-year-old man was killed.
This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
Private households were damaged and destroyed. The Russian military had previously shelled the village with multiple rocket launchers.
"Under the procedural supervision of the Kupiansk District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv Region, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)," the prosecutor's office said.
