Russian administrations in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine are creating so-called youth groups that are to go to the territory of Kursk Region.
This was reported by the National Resistance Centre.
"Under the lenses of video cameras, "volunteers" are packed into buses and sent to allegedly help the affected Kursk residents," the statement said.
The head of the so-called regional organisation 'Young Republic', Serhiy Dobrovolskyy, says that at least a hundred young people are planned to be sent to Russia from the TOT in Donetsk Region alone. However, the Kremlin's plan cannot be implemented.
In the temporarily occupied territories, the collaborators also hold small rallies where state employees and Russian touring artists imitate support for the population of Kursk Region on camera.
A counter-terrorist operation has been introduced in the Kursk, Bryansk and Belgorod Regions of the Russian Federation.
