On the night of 4 October, the Defence Forces attacked the occupiers' fuel and lubricants depot in the Voronezh Region. It was the Annanefteprodukt base near the village of Anna.
The defeat was reported by the General Staff. They added that Russian air defence tried to shoot down the strike vehicles, but there was at least one hit.
‘It has been confirmed that at least one of the vertical tanks was hit. There was a fire. The task was carried out by the forces and means of the Security Service of Ukraine in cooperation with other components of the Ukrainian Defence Forces,’ the statement said.
