On 27 July, Russians shelled a bus carrying civilians in the Sumy Region.
This was reported by the head of the Regional Military Administration, Oleh Hryhorov.
According to him, the vehicle was travelling in the Yunakivska community area.

"There are preliminary reports of casualties. They are receiving assistance. All emergency services are involved in responding to the consequences of this cynical attack on the civilian population," Hryhorov said.
It later became known that three people were killed.
"Five more were wounded. They are receiving medical assistance. The victims and the rest of the passengers were taken to a safe area," said the head of the Administration.
The regional prosecutor's office reports that about 20 passengers were injured to varying degrees.
"One woman is in extremely serious condition and is currently undergoing surgery. All victims are receiving the necessary assistance. There were 39 passengers on the bus in total," Hryhorov added later.
