Today, 1 September, the Russian army attacked the Kherson region, killing two men there. As of the evening, it is known that 14 people were injured, including girls aged 2 and 11.
This was reported by the regional prosecutor’s office.
Russian servicemen attacked settlements in the Kherson region using aircraft, artillery and various types of unmanned aerial vehicles.
“As of 17:30, two civilian men aged 43 and 59 were killed in Kherson as a result of Russian attacks. Over the course of the day, 14 civilians in the regional centre sustained injuries and trauma,” the statement said.
The attacks damaged residential buildings, a shop, a church and vehicles.
Under the procedural supervision of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, pre-trial investigations have been launched into alleged war crimes (Part 1, Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
