The Finance Ministry is negotiating with the World Bank and the IMF about a quick support program and is preparing to issue military bonds. There is UAH 33 billion in the single treasury account. Expenditures are made only to protect the country.

 Minister of Finance of Ukraine Serhiy Marchenko stated that in a report at an online meeting of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Financial and Tax Policy, a member of the Committee, MP "Voice" Yaroslav Zheleznyak.

 "The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine is fully operational. All databases have been moved and are working. The Treasury, Tax and Customs Offices are also working. We received UAH 97 billion, which is even more than planned. Therefore, there are all possibilities to make all payments. They work both for paying and payout", Zheleznyak told the head of the ministry.

 Marchenko also said that there is currently 33 billion UAH on the single treasury account.

 "Expenditures are made only on the untouchable allocations. First of all, these are expenditures necessary for the country's defence. The martial law conditions allow us to make decisions promptly and transfer money within the budget."

 The Ministry of Finance continues to negotiate with international partners.

 "For example, to receive loans without ratification through the Council. Therefore, we will soon issue military bonds to get money from our international partners. Italy has already provided 110 million euros. Negotiations with the World Bank, USA, and IMF, particularly on a quick support program, are underway. In general, the issue of liquidity is not worth it. There is money for the needs of the army," the People's Deputy concluded.
