At 7:45 am, the russian military shelled a hospital in the Osnovyansky district of Kharkiv, where a humanitarian aid center was located.
The shelling was carried out from multiple launch rocket systems, the regional police said. There are no military facilities nearby.
“Because of the morning shelling of civilian infrastructure from multiple launch rocket systems, seven civilians were injured, 4 of them died,” police reported.
Police officers are documenting the crime against the Ukrainian people and gathering all the necessary material evidence to bring the perpetrators to justice.
As reported earlier, russians fired from the weapon of long-range action in Kharkiv yesterday at “Nova poshta,” near which inhabitants received humanitarian aid. Six people died.
