According to the directorate, the fire broke out at 2 AM local time, on April 25, on the territory of the oil depot in the Fokinsky district of Bryansk. Firefighter and rescue units were dispatched to the site.
According to preliminary data, the fire could have occurred in tanks with fuel and lubricants or strategic fuel or on the military site located nearby.
