Russia lures its citizens to military service by promises of sky-high salaries, social benefits, and assurances of impunity for the looting during the war in Ukraine.

The rf started forced mobilization, including medics, on the occupied territories of the Kherson, Zaporizhzhya, and Kharkiv regions.
Meanwhile, in russia, according to Ukrainian intelligence, the mobilization doesn't show any high results. On the contrary – there are facts of mass refusals as well as self-injuries and draft evasion.
