On 26 April practically all territory of the Luhansk region was shelled by russian army, reports the head of Luhansk regional military administration Serhiy Haidai.
“The wreck of seven buildings was recorded by rescuers, many more are damaged, – reports Haidai – and almost everywhere russian enemy hit residential buildings. In Severodonetsk flat in a multistory building was on fire, two houses in Rubizhne, one in Nyzhnye and two in Lysychansk were on fire. In the same place a marketplace was on fire, kiosks were damaged. While we were evacuating people, including seven children from Bilohorivka, russians started shelling the village. As a result, one private house is unfit for habitation.”
According to Haidai, listed is the destruction that involved serious fire after shelling. Houses where walls were hit, windows damaged, part of roof destroyed but fire did not catch and no one called rescuers will be counted during the day. In particular, during examination for remnants of explosive objects.
Haidai added that a 68-year-old man died yesterday during the shelling of Pryvilya. Missile hit the yard of his house. Furthermore, russians shelled a school in Lysychansk where 23 people, including children, hid. No one was injured.
Yesterday Haidai said that in Rubizhne russians kidnap children and force their mothers to “spy” under the threat of executing children.
