On Thursday evening, April 28, the occupiers fired a missile at an infrastructure facility in Fastiv, Kyiv region, announced the head of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, Victoria Ruban, to the Suspilne TV channel.
"We have preliminary data about the impact on infrastructure, the SES is working on site. Information about the injured is being clarified," the statement said.

The invaders also fired on a village in Dnipropetrovsk region, making one victim. The settlements of Chernihiv region were also shelled.
