Since the military personnel did not want to take part in the offensive, there was a conflict between them and the commanders of the Russian army units in the occupied Fedorivka in the Zaporizhzhia region.

The Zaporizhzhia Region Military Administration reported this information. "The russians are complaining to the locals that their command deceitfully forced them to sign contracts to take part in the war in Ukraine and also convinced them that they would be greeted in Ukraine as liberators," - says the statement. In the end, after seeing the real picture, many russians refused to continue their service, and this caused a conflict. After conducting the interrogations, the Federal Security Services officers take a part of the servicemen in an unknown direction."

Zaporizhzhya RMA also informs that the occupiers want to introduce rubles into the cash system in Melitopol starting from 1 May 2022: "Yesterday, to implement their plan, they gathered former employees of the banking system who became collaborators. The russian occupiers planned to send them to Rostov-na-Don to study and then initiate the work of "Sberbank Rossia" based on the Ukrainian "Oschadbank."

According to the Chief Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, Russia has intensified the establishment of the occupation regime in the temporarily occupied territories in the East and South of Ukraine.
