Putin has just publicly confessed to the crime of aggression against Ukraine. At the Eastern Economic Forum, he emphasized that the military intervention in Ukraine was a conscious decision, Dmytro Kuleba, the minister of foreign affairs of Ukraine, said on Twitter.
“I once again call on all states: back the creation of the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression Against Ukraine. The crime is in the plain sight. Justice must be served,” he wrote.
