On the morning of 22 October, Russia attacked an energy facility in Lutsk. Part of the city lost the power supply.
The shock wave damaged a residential building, a civilian was injured - she suffered burns. According to preliminary information, no one was killed, Mayor Ihor Polishchuk wrote on Telegram.
"Rescuers are working at the scene. Details to follow," - he wrote.
Polishchuk also advised to stock up on water.
