On 4 November, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal signed the decree appointing Vasyl Lozynskyy as Acting Minister of Communities and Territories Development.
"To temporarily entrust the duties of the Minister of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine to the First Deputy Minister of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine Vasyl Lozynskyy from 4 November 2022," the document says.
The previous Minister Oleksiy Chernyshov has been appointed head of Naftohaz.
Vasyl Lozynskyy was Chernyshov's first deputy. Before that, he was the first deputy head of the Lviv Regional State Administration. Acting Head of the Lviv Regional State Administration from 26 December 2019 to 5 February 2020.
