Lithuania will transfer anti-aircraft missile systems to Ukraine to protect infrastructure facilities from Russian strikes, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said at a joint briefing with his Lithuanian counterpart Gitanas Nauseda and Polish President Andrzej Duda.

"Ukraine is very grateful to you, friends. I am glad that we are making these particular decisions in this very Lublin Triangle format," the President of Ukraine noted.

Nauseda, in his turn, informed that Lithuania was doing everything possible to provide military support to Ukraine.

"Today, I brought good news for Ukraine. We are transferring air defence systems and certain anti-aircraft guns that should help you in this fight," he noted.

Ukraine will receive a company of Leopard tanks from Poland. This decision has already been made in the framework of the international coalition. Ukraine has been emphasizing the need to provide tanks to the defenсe forces for a long time. So far, no country has provided Ukrainian defenders with modern combat tanks.
