Poland is gathering a coalition of countries that will provide Ukraine with German Leopard tanks, Polish President Andrzej Duda said on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos, his office reports.
"We are gathering a community of countries that will provide Ukraine with Leopard tanks. I hope our allies will join us, and we will be able to form at least an armoured brigade," he said.

Usually, there are about 90 tanks in an armoured brigade.
During his visit to Lviv last week, Andrzej Duda said that his country is ready to provide Ukraine with a company of modern German Leopard tanks within the international coalition. This requires German consent.
