The Russian forces are focusing their main efforts on waging an offensive in the Kupyansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiyivka and Novopavlivka sectors, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported.
During the day, the Russians launched a missile attack on the civilian infrastructure of Slovyansk in Donetsk Region and 37 air strikes. In addition, they fired more than 40 times from multiple launch rocket systems, in particular, at the civilian infrastructure of Beryslav and Komyshany in Kherson Region.
Meanwhile, the aviation of the Defence Forces conducted 21 strikes on the clusters of Russian manpower and military equipment and three strikes on the positions of anti-aircraft missile systems over the past day. Ukrainian artillery and missile units hit two Russian command posts, two clusters of manpower, an ammunition depot and a fuel and lubricants depot.
