Ukraine's Deputy Defence Minister Hanna Malyar has named the key goals of Russia's current information operations.

"The biggest fear of the Russians now is that Ukraine will be supplied with all the weapons we were promised. Therefore, the key target they are now hitting with information operations is to discredit Ukraine as a recipient of weapons. That's why we see fake news, discussions, including in Western countries by experts and politicians affiliated with Russia, that Ukraine is using weapons in a wrong way, does not control something, and is shooting the wrong way. It should be understood that Ukraine has a very clear public position. Every time such a wave of information starts, we turn to our partners to officially confirm that they have no complaints about the way weapons are used in Ukraine," she said.

Malyar recalled that Ukraine has long had logistics tracking systems in place, so the location of weapons is known to Western partners.

"As for where they are firing. This is the fear that Russia is deliberately sowing, that Ukrainians will now go far beyond their own borders with your weapons. This is not true. Ukraine has no such plans or ambitions. Moreover, this year we have proved to the whole world that we are in compliance with all the rules and customs of war established by international law. We exercise our right to defend ourselves and use weapons exclusively within our internationally recognized borders," she said.

According to her, Russia is also attacking the mobilization process with psyops as it is interested in preventing it from taking place.

"Because no matter what the weapon is, it is used by people. They are hitting the human resource. There are certain discrediting campaigns, a lot of discussions are thrown in on this topic. On the one hand, we do not hide the fact that there are certain problems during the mobilization process, but some of the campaigns that are being conducted now are aimed at preventing mobilization from taking place in Ukraine. That is, weapons and human resources are the key points of Russia's information operations," added Malyar.

At the same time, she noted that Russia does not abandon the goal of conquering the territory of the whole of Ukraine.
