The so-called prosecutor of unrecognised Transnistria, Anatoliy Guretskyy, spread fake information that a terrorist attack against the OSCE delegation was being prepared in the city of Bender under the instructions of the Security Service of Ukraine.
"The fact of preparing a terrorist attack against the OSCE delegation on 14 February near the Bender fortress, when the delegation was supposed to return to Chisinau, was established," the National Security and Defence Council's Centre for Countering Disinformation quoted him as saying.
However, this information is not true.
The Russian media spread yet another piece of disinformation when, in response to a question from an employee of the Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant, Vladimir Putin stated: "Russia has been patiently trying to establish relations with Ukraine for decades, but the situation changed after the coup d'état in 2014".
In addition, during the opening of the founding congress of the International Movement of Russophiles, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov manipulated that "Russia sees direct Nazism spreading to more and more European countries".
Earlier, Lavrov spread disinformation that "an agreement on a protective zone around the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant was close, but Kyiv blocked it".
