Two people were killed and an elderly lady was wounded by a Russian shelling attack on Kupyansk District in Kharkiv Region, the head of the regional military administration, Oleh Synyehubov, has reported.
Russians targeted the village of Dvorichna where the two men, aged 34 and 65, were killed.
A 65-year-old woman was wounded in the village of Podoly.
