Another 31 Ukrainian children deported by Russia have been returned to Ukraine, Ukrinform has reported.

"During the fourth Save Ukraine mission, 18 Ukrainian children were rescued. Now the fifth rescue mission is coming to an end, and 31 children will arrive in Kyiv in a few hours," said Mykola Kuleba, executive director of Save Ukraine, presidential commissioner for children's rights (2014-2021).

He noted that with each mission, the number of hours of interrogation by the FSB and the trials that families go through to get their children back increases.

In addition, according to Kuleba, after the return of Ukrainian children became massive, after a number of rescue missions, and especially after the ICC issued an arrest warrant for Putin and Maria Lvova-Belova, the Russians became alarmed. They realised that every child who returns is indisputable proof of their crimes.
