On 28 September, around 18.00, Russian military shelled residential areas of Kherson, allegedly with artillery, reports Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office.
Three people were killed in the attack. According to Roman Mrochko, the head of the Kherson City MA, one of the victims was later identified. "The woman was 43 years old. It is known that all three
dead women were on the street at the time of the enemy attack," added Mrochko.
The prosecutor's office has launched a pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings over violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Subsequently, an artillery shell hit the street where the three women were standing. There were no other victims. Two minors were evacuated near the site. They were examined by doctors, and a psychologist is currently working with them.
