On 4 October, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a daily conference call.

"We discussed the needs that I heard about yesterday from the soldiers in Kharkiv Region. We checked the dynamics of the supply of major calibres. I issued an instruction to intensify work where there are agreements, but implementation is delayed," Zelenskyy said on Telegram.

The president listened to intelligence reports, current results of counterintelligence activities, as well as a report by Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko on the elimination of the consequences of night shelling.

"I also had a long meeting with Kyrylo Budanov. There is something to share, but later," Zelenskyy said.
