The Russian army attacked Kherson again from the occupied eastern bank of the Dnipro River, according to the head of the city military administration Roman Mrochko.
Power lines were damaged again.
"The city centre is currently without power. Repair works are underway!" Mrochko said.
On the morning of 15 October, the Russians fired at Kherson from a Su-34. According to preliminary reports, they used guided bombs. The attack disrupted electricity and water supply.
An elderly man was seriously injured in the night shelling of Kizomys village in Kherson Region.
