Ukrainian developers Brave1 have created the Ratel S kamikaze robot for the needs of the Defence Forces, announced the head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.
"Ratel S is a ground robot from Ukrainian developers. Soldiers use it as a mobile warhead carrying anti-tank mines or a combat module. Thanks to the technology, the operator can blow up an enemy tank or dugout from a safe place," said Fedorov.
He noted that the vehicle's maximum speed is 24km and its range is 6km. The technology can operate for up to 2h without recharging. Ratel S has successfully passed field tests and has been put into mass production.
