Servicemen of the State Border Service of Ukraine have raised the Ukrainian flag at the Budarky checkpoint on the border with Russia.
Despite constant shelling, soldiers of the Steel Frontier Offensive Guard Brigade entered the territory of the Budarky checkpoint in Kharkiv Region, the press service of the State Border Service has said.
There they raised a blue and yellow flag on the tallest tower in the neighbourhood.
This checkpoint has been closed since the full-scale invasion of Russia. It is located directly on the state border with Russia.
Earlier it was reported that border guards of the Steel Frontier Offensive Guard Brigade raised a blue and yellow flag in the village of Topoli in Kharkiv region, which was located in the "grey zone".
