In the Kherson Region, the Defence Forces struck a building where a meeting of the occupiers was taking place. This was reported by the National Resistance Centre (NRC).

"Yesterday, on 28.11.2023, thanks to information provided by the underground and concerned local residents, a building was attacked where a meeting of the occupiers was held in the temporarily occupied village of Yuvileyne, Kherson Region," the statement said.

It is noted that as a result of successful actions, five high-ranking officials were killed. 

For its part, the Russian media Astra reported that the building that came under fire housed a police department established by the occupation authorities of Kherson Region. According to the publication, four police officers were killed and 17 were injured in the attack. In addition, according to the newspaper, the deputy head of the police department, 33-year-old police major Artur Dzhunusov, was among the dead.
