Russians shelled the civilian infrastructure of the town of Seredyna-Buda in Sumy Region with artillery. This was reported by the Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office.
The attack was recorded at around 12.30 am on 28 November. The shelling destroyed at least five private houses, and the bodies of two dead women and two wounded men were found under the rubble.
A civilian and his seven-year-old stepdaughter were also injured in their car. The girl later died in hospital.
A pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) is being conducted under the procedural supervision of the Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office.
