President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited Odesa Region and took part in a meeting with the military to discuss the defence of the Region.
"Today we are working in Odesa Region. We started with reports from the military and a meeting on the defence of the Region. There are many important issues. The operational situation and combat operations within the area of responsibility of the Odesa Joint Forces Operation Centre. The situation in the Black Sea, mine action and ensuring the security of the grain corridor. The work of the air defence of Odesa Region, air defence of Odesa, the infrastructure of the grain corridor and our brigades," the Head of State said on Telegram.
During the business trip, Zelenskyy met with the defenders of southern Ukraine and presented them with state awards.
"Thank you for your service, for the downed enemy targets, for your courage and dedication in defending our state and people," the President said.
