In Novohrodivka, Donetsk Region, the body of a child was found under the rubble of a three-storey residential building in the city centre after an enemy missile hit it.
"As of the morning of 04.12.2023, the body of a girl was removed from the rubble. The child's parents, who are probably still under the rubble, have not been found," Oleksandr Shevchenko - head of the Novohrodiv RMA - has said.
Search operations are ongoing.
A three-day mourning period has been declared in Novohrodiv community for the residents killed in the shelling. The mourning will last from Monday, 4 December, to Wednesday, 6 December.
On the night of 29 November, an enemy S-300 missile hit a 3-storey building in the centre of the town. The bodies of two more victims were found under the rubble.
