Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov said that the whole of Russia will continue to feel the consequences of the war waged against Ukraine.

According to a report by the Centre for Strategic Communications and Information Security, NSDC Secretary Oleksiy Danilov said that Ukraine will continue to attack military targets in Russia.

Danilov noted that Ukraine will continue attacks with domestically produced drones, as everything related to the military component in Russia must be destroyed.

"Ukraine has the legal right to conduct hostilities on the territory of the aggressor state. Every day, Russia inflicts enormous losses on Ukraine: in the temporarily occupied territories, at the front, and in the rear, where it attacks civilian objects with missiles and drones," the statement said.

Danilov also noted that Russia should not feel impunity for destroying the homes and lives of Ukrainians.

"Ukraine is capable of responding and will do so, so that the aggressor also feels the burden of damage and losses on its own territory," he stressed.

However, he noted that Ukraine is attacking only legitimate military targets: facilities that serve Putin's aggression against Ukraine, including oil depots, defence and logistics facilities. Weapons received from Western partners are not used for this purpose.

"The longer Moscow drags out the war with Ukraine, the more losses Russia will suffer. The intensity of Ukrainian attacks will only increase," Danilov concluded.
