Ukrnafta has transferred UAH 21 million to the state budget of Ukraine as a guaranteed payment for the management of the Glusco filling station network. This was reported by the company's press service.
"The seized assets of the Glusco filling station network should fully meet the needs of the country, bring profit to the state and be a source of tax payments to the state budget," the statement said.
It is noted that Ukrnafta made the payment in several months in accordance with the terms of the management agreement.
The company, together with the Asset Recovery and Management Agency, signed a joint application for concentration to the Antimonopoly Committee. After the AMCU's approval, Ukrnafta will be able to start the actual management of the Glusco network.
Earlier it was reported that the ARMA wants to terminate the contract with Ukrnafta for the management of Glusco, as the company is still not a source of revenues to the state budget.
