The Russian warship Ivanovets was attacked by new Ukrainian MAGURA 5 drones. This was stated in a commentary to Warzone by the head of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov.

According to him, this is a naval UAV. The attack on the Ivanovets was planned and carried out on 31 January-1 February.

"In the course of special [active] measures between 31 January and 1 February, the agency planned and carried out the destruction of the Ivanovets at the raid on Lake Donuzlav. During the destruction of the ship, six direct hits were made by maritime drones into the ship's hull. As a result of the damage, the ship capsized and sank. According to preliminary data, Russian search and rescue operation was unsuccessful," he said.

The attack took place more than 130 miles from the nearest Ukrainian-controlled port. Budanov did not disclose where the drones were launched from.
