Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has publicly invited former US President Donald Trump to visit Ukraine. If the US politician does come, Zelenskyy is ready to accompany him to the frontline, he said after at the Munich Security Conference.
"I think if there is going to be a conversation about how to end the war, we have to demonstrate to the decision-makers what this real war means. Not what they write about on Instagram, but a real war," Zelenskyy said.
· Republicans loyal to Trump have been delaying the passage of aid to Ukraine and Israel in Congress, pressuring Democrats to accept their terms on the southern border.
· Trump previously made dubious statements about the war in Ukraine and said that aid should be loaned to Ukrainians.
