Today, the Russian army shelled the Khotin community in Sumy Region on 17 February, killing a man and wounding another, the Sumy regional military administration has said.
"At 12.45 a.m. today, on 17 February, the enemy started shelling the village in the Khotin community with mortars. Eleven explosions were registered. Tentatively, one man was killed and another person was wounded as a result of the shelling. Private houses and a farm building were damaged," the authorities said.
All emergency services are working at the scene. They are providing assistance to the victims.
